بەشداربوێكی كوردی پرۆگرامی گەنجی سەركردەی عێراقی داوادەكات لەبەرامبەر وتەكانی ترەمپ كە بەگوێرەی یاداشتەكانی جۆن بۆڵتن راوێژكاری پێشووی ئاسایشی ئەمریكا وتبووی رقم لە كوردە چونكە هەمیشە رادەكەن، ئەمریكا بە فەرمی داوای لێبوردن لە گەلی كورد بكات.
رامان مەجید فەقێ كە نامەكەی لە رێگای كونسڵخانەی ئەمریكا لە هەولێر ئاراستەی وەزارەتی دەرەوەی ئەمریكا كردووە، لە بەشێكی نوسیویەتی:” بەرێزان ئەو دەولەتانەی کە بەرێز سەرۆکی ولاتەکەتان باسی دەکات کە ئێمە هەڵاتین لەبەردەمیان ئەوانە ئەو وڵاتانەن کە ساڵانێکی زۆرە لە لایەن وڵاتەکەی ئێوەوە پڕ چەک و پشتیوانی دەکرێن و هێزیان پێ دەبەخشن. گەر ئەو هێزە نابەرابەرە نەبێت دڵنیابن جوامێرەکانی ئێمە لە پیاوانی ئەوان ئازا ترن و شەری داعش زیندوو ترین نمونەی نوێیە لە مێژومان دا. گەر بەرێز ترامپ باوەری تەواوی وایە.. یان با نەهێلێت ئەوان چەکەکانی رۆژئاوا بەکار بێنن لە دژمان یان وەک ئەوان پر چەکمان بکات ئینجا دەزانێت کورد رادەکات یان بەرگری دەکات”.

بەرێزان من وەک بەشداربویەکی پرۆگرامی گەنجی سەرکردەی عیراقی IVLP لە ساڵی 2011 و دۆستێکی ئەمریکا دەمەوێت لە رێگەی ئەم نامەیەوە چەند تێبینی و نیگەرانیەکتان پێ رابگەێنم کە وای دەبینم ئەوە بۆچونی زۆرێک لە خەلکی کوردستانە.
لە پەرتوکەکەی بەرێزجۆن بولتن باس لەوە دەکات کە سەرۆکی وڵاتەکەتان لە گفتو گۆیەکدا دەلێت رقم لە کوردە چونکە هەمیشە رادەکەن لە شەر لە بەرامبەر عیراق و تورکیا. لەوانەیە خەلكی ئەمریکا نەزانێت ئەم رستەیە چەند بریندار کەرە چونکە لە ولاتێکی داگیر کراو ناژین و رۆژانە کەرامەتیان بریندار ناکرێت و بێ مافیان بەرامبەر ناکرێت و مافەکانیان زەوت ناکرێت لەبەر کورد بون و هەر جوار دەوریان بە دەولەتی داگیر کەری بەهێز دەورە نەدراوە.
بەلام بۆ ئێمەی کورد کە بە درێژای سەد ساڵی رابردوو. قوربانیمان داوە وخوێنمان رشتوە و فیداکاری زۆرمان کردوە قورسە. ژنان و پیاوان و مندالانمان لە پێناویدا کیمیا باران کران زیندەبەچال کران و زیندانی چەندین سالە بوون
سەرباری ئەوەی هەر جاریک پشتمان بە حکومەتی ئەمریکا بەستا بێ پشت و بێ هیوا کراین. دوا جار لە رۆژئاوای کوردستان(عفرین و سەرێ کانی و گرێ سپی) بوو.. سەرباری رێزی زۆرمان بۆ هاوسوزی وپشتیوانی لە کەسایەتی و سیاسەت مەدار و خەلکی ئەمریکا کە دۆستمان بون.

Subject/ Demanding an apology
Dear Sir/Madam
As a participant to your prestigious educational exchange programme IVLP in 2011, and as a person admired by the U.S. leadership throughout the globe, I am writing hereby to inform your kindness about our concerns and complaints on an issue in which relating to all our people.
This is about some statements that are quoted from the John Bolton’s book. In his book, for instance, John Bolton on the Kurds cited that: in one of the discussions, the U.S. President Donald Trump, mentioned that: “I don’t want to stay at all. I don’t like the Kurds. They ran from the Iraqis, they ran from the Turks, the only time they don’t run is when we’re bombing all around them with F-18s.”
This is a very tough and bitter statement to see! And, the U.S. citizens may not realize how hard and resentful this statement for us as Kurds is! Meanwhile, we are not criticizing them for not understanding us as they are not living within an occupied country, and they are not being toppled and mistreated by dictates as we have experienced for centuries and this will be continued for certain, unfortunately. May Americans take the statement as normal and simple fact, as they do not have enough information and backgrounds of the pain and sacrifices of a nation that has been surrounded by four powerful regimes in the region. For a free and justice society is difficult to feel the same pain as we faced. With such brutality and inhumanity that have been experienced by us as Kurds from the dictators, we still survive and preserving our sound and colour!
That is why they would never ask that how the Kurds survive? From a number of genocides that had been committed by the regional powers, from chemical bombs and other brutal attacks! If we name or list the victims, the woman, elders and children will occupy most part of it! We have been fighting and confronted our enemies courageously without hesitation to achieve freedom!
When we see other forces like Americans engaging in the area, we see them as our survivals! And we fully supported them as we thought they are freedom-knights! We much depended on our friendship with Americans, and instead when something happened they disappointed as very harshly. This was more obvious in the ROJAVA North Syria, when the U.S. forces withdrawal implemented in a very short time without any warning and considering the Kurds forces there that have been a very crucial and important ally against ISIS for years! While, we have had many close friends in Washington D.C. during that time.
Dear Americans, the statement from your president that has been used in John Bolton’s book, as he said: Kurds run from confronting any state forces! Those states mentioned in the book, all of them well equipped militarily by your country in which they have been given the recent and advanced weapons and technology to use in fighting devils, and they tested on us without any fear from international community! This fact obviously proves that the Kurds are not running because they have not having ability of fighting, but the war tools are not equal in any means! And when the Kurds provided with some weapon and war necessities, they proved to the world that they are very good fighters against ISIS! So, if you want to test our abilities, you should provide us the same war machineries and advanced weapons as given to those states, then you would see who would be running!
The main aim of writing this letter and to conclude, I am trying to mention that as moral and conscientious duty, the U.S. government as the protector of human rights, freedoms and democracy throughout the world, should give the Kurds an official apology for hurting us with that statement from the current President which is mentioned in the John Bolton’s book.
